This was super fun, a great idea to write something to look back on and see what has changed!

This is frigging hilarious! 😂

Have so much to say, debating if I should do it dissertation-style or bullet point format 😜

Also, the poll….I can’t pick coz they all apply equally in my case

Haha, thanks. PowerPoint also acceptable for reviewing the data from your end - and yes I agree all the poll options apply! 😆

LOL! PP just isn’t emotive enough. Now I’m thinking only interpretive dance can do your piece full justice 😝

This was a really fun read, Robin!

There were so many lines that had me laughing.

I picked out a few of my favourites and pasted them below:

“Ten years ago, improvements to physical health were to be measured by a decrease in involuntary grunting when moving from a sitting to standing position.”

“To compensate for the trauma of typing internet search terms such as “low-impact cardio for women over 50” all YouTube workout videos will be led by soft-voiced, smiling, handsome (and not too young) instructors.”

“Moving a household item from its “temporary” spot to where it belongs”

“Retain the right to remain silent.” — This line didn’t make me laugh, I just think it is a great goal to keep in mind.

Thanks Robin
